Condo properties are one of the fast selling properties nowadays, specially at affordable prices. The main advantages are proximity to the metro, flexible payment terms, practicality. Im not saying that condo is  better than house and lot. Of course, we all want house and lot, but its hard to find a below 2M h & l property within the city, most of them are outside metro manila particularly cavite, laguna, rizal, & bulacan. With the skyrocketing prices of gasoline, toll fees, public transport fare and most of all the hassle of traffic, you wont enjoy the above mention advantages if your living outside metro manila or suburban settings. If your working within the metro, or been use to in urban living, very practical and property hunter for quite a while then condo property would be suitable for you
